SafeStart Test and Tag – Invoice Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
Payment is due 14 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All invoices must be paid in full within 14 days, without any deductions, unless there is an agreed dispute.
2. Late Payment:
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 5% of overdue amount per month (or part thereof) will be applied to the outstanding balance.
If the invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, SafeStart Test and Tag reserves the right to suspend or cancel further services until the balance is settled. Legal costs may be applied to the outstanding balance.
3. Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.
Bank Account Details for payment are provided on each invoice.
4. Disputes:
Any disputes regarding the invoice must be notified in writing to SafeStart Test and Tag within 5 business days of the invoice date. SafeStart Test and Tag will investigate the dispute and, if valid, resolve it promptly.
If no dispute is raised within the 5-day period, the invoice is considered accepted and payable as per the agreed terms.
5. GST and Taxation:
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless otherwise specified.
The customer agrees to pay any applicable GST on the services provided as required by Australian tax laws.
6. Ownership of Goods and Services:
SafeStart Test and Tag retains ownership of any goods or equipment provided until full payment for the services and products has been received.
7. Liability:
SafeStart Test and Tag will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its services.
8. Right to Charge for Collection:
In the event that collection of overdue invoices is necessary, SafeStart Test and Tag reserves the right to recover costs incurred, including legal fees and collection agency fees.
9. Confidentiality:
All terms of this invoice and the associated services are confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without prior consent from SafeStart Test and Tag, unless required by law.
10. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
